XDFXX-I high efficiency air filter dust collector

        XDFXX-I系列高效空氣過濾集塵器，適用于各種不同工作環(huán)境下的除塵。在處理風(fēng)量大的情況下可進行組合使用，安裝維修方便。


工作原理：
       在正常操作過程中，含粉塵的空氣通過入口到過濾工作區(qū)（附圖）粉塵收集在濾筒的表面。產(chǎn)生清潔空氣由過濾筒中央進入氣箱通過出口管道溢出。在過濾筒清洗時，電子控制板自動選擇要清洗的濾筒（利用時間間隙或差壓計）并觸發(fā)打開空氣隔膜閥的電磁閥，壓縮空氣0.5-0.7MPa脈沖直接送入被清洗的濾筒對中央吹去。濾筒外表面所集的粉塵，在氣流和重力的作用下粉塵進入料倉。
